Role Description This full-time National Account Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The National Account Sales Representative will manage and grow strategic multi-location customer accounts, focusing on developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and pricing, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment of lighting product orders. The role also involves conducting account reviews, tracking sales performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The successful candidate will represent Tarrant Lighting to national accounts, communicating solutions clearly and professionally while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship development for multi-location or national clients.
• Experience with sales pipeline management, prospecting, and negotiation, including contract and pricing discussions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• General understanding of lighting, construction, or building products industries, or a strong willingness to learn technical product details.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and travel to client locations as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
