We're seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Rep to help customers throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island find personal insurance solutions that fit their needs. You will work agency-generated opportunities, build lasting relationships, and close new business. This remote role offers the flexibility to work independently while providing the support, accountability, and career advancement opportunities that help top producers succeed.

• $36,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses on top
• Work from home with a flexible schedule (This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week sales position with flexible scheduling, offering the choice of your own hours within our operating window of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.)

• Sell personal lines insurance products
• Follow up on agency-generated opportunities
• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Achieve individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Participate in coaching and training

• Active Connecticut Property and Casualty license
• Rhode Island nonresident license or willingness to obtain
• Prior insurance experience
• Strong phone and video communication
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills
