We are seeking a talented Project Designer with hospitality experience who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and execution. This role requires a strong design eye, technical proficiency, and a passion for leveraging innovative tools to deliver exceptional guest experiences more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design teams to create hospitality design concepts, guestroom designs, public area concepts, and brand-compliant design solutions.
• Utilize proprietary AI design tools to rapidly generate, evaluate, and refine design options while applying professional design judgment and hospitality expertise.
• Prepare preliminary designs and budgeting utilizing proprietary technology.
• Develop and coordinate complete Interior Design drawing sets, including plans, elevations, details, and presentation materials.
• Prepare custom FF&E specifications and specifications packages for hospitality projects.
• Source, evaluate, and specify furnishings, finishes, lighting, artwork, and accessories aligned with project goals, brand standards, and budget requirements.
• Quality Control of FF&E Specifications, Rooms Mix and FF&E Matrix
• Review shop drawings, product submittals, control samples, and prototypes for design intent, quality, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure successful execution from design through installation.
• Participate in value engineering exercises while maintaining design integrity and guest experience objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including ownership groups, hotel brands, consultants, and manufacturing partners.
• Support the development of INSPIRE's design libraries, standards, and AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 4+ years of hospitality interior design experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel brand standards, guestroom design, public area design, and FF&E specifications.
• Strong understanding of FF&E pricing for various full-service quality levels.
• Experience developing Interior Design drawing sets.
• Experience preparing and managing custom FF&E specifications.
• Proficiency reviewing shop drawings, submittals, control samples, and mock-ups.
• Exceptional design sensibility with strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and hospitality trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Workplace, Photoshop and presentation software.
• Experience working with rendering and visualizations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Interest in leveraging emerging AI technologies to enhance the design process while maintaining a designer-led approach.
