About the Role:
Looking for Spanish-speaking men and women interested in enjoying and learning about security to join the Tank Security Team as a Security Officer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring safety at special events, theatre productions, and local entertainment in Lincoln, NE. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control access to venues during events to ensure safety and security.
  • Conduct regular patrols of event areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Assist in crowd management to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances as they arise.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and local law enforcement to maintain safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies and procedures.
  • Document and report any security incidents or irregularities during events.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the public.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in emergency situations.
  • Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical fitness to stand for long periods and respond quickly to incidents.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety and professionalism.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
