Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Financial Advisor. This is a part-time, primarily remote position with structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside professionals who help individuals and families of all ages create financial strategies to work toward their long-term goals and financial security. We represent many of the top financial companies across North America and provide ongoing training and support throughout the process.

In this role, you will assist with client communication, organize financial information, support retirement planning activities, and learn how to help clients work toward their financial goals.

No prior industry experience is required. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings conducted by phone or video
  • Gather and organize client financial information
  • Assist with retirement planning and strategy development
  • Follow up with clients regarding documentation and next steps
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in financial services, retirement planning, or client relations
  • Prior customer service, administrative, sales, or financial experience is a plus
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Candidates requiring OPT, CPT, H-1B, or other work visa sponsorship are not eligible
  • Must be able to pass a background check, as required for licensing and appointment with insurance carriers
  • Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License if not currently licensed

Licensing Requirements
