Nursing Home Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Tali Healthcare Management in Boston, MA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents. Responsibilities:

Leadership: Oversee the overall management of the nursing home, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and performance evaluation.
Clinical Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain quality care standards, and develop policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
Staff Development: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and development, provide coaching and training to staff, and support their professional growth.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, residents, and the community, and enhance our reputation as a premier provider of long-term care.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in a nursing home administration or leadership role

  • Strong clinical and operational knowledge, with a focus on quality care and service

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
