Warehouse Operations& Installation Support Associate
Budget Blinds (Beaver, New Castle, Boardman, Warren & Ravenna Area)
Position Overview:
Budget Blinds is a locally owned, nationally backed window covering company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support both warehouse operations and field installations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Product Oversight

• Receive,inspect, and check in all incoming product shipments
• Maintainaccurate inventory and ensure all materials are accounted for andorganized
• Stage andprepare products for upcoming installations
• Track ordersand communicate any discrepancies or damages
• Maintainoverall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Fleet Management

• Loadinstallation vehicles with correct materials for each job
• Assist withunloading and returning materials to the warehouse
• Keep companyvehicles clean (interior/exterior washing)
• Monitor basicvehicle maintenance needs and report issues proactively

Installation Support (Secondary Installer)

• Assist leadinstaller on residential and commercial installations
• Learn fullinstallation process for potential growth to Installation role
• Help withmeasuring, handling, and installing window treatments
• Supportmulti-person installation projects efficiently and safely
• Ensure jobsites are clean and professional before, during, and after installs
• Deliver a highlevel of customer service in clients' homes

Qualifications:

• Strongattention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to liftand carry 50+ lbs
• Comfortableworking with tools and in a hands-on environment
• Valid driver'slicense and clean driving record
• Positiveattitude and team-first mindset
• Construction,warehouse, or installation experience is a plus (but not required-we willtrain the right person)
