Job description

Responsibilities
  • Perform general production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
  • Package finished goods for shipment.
  • Load and unload materials from production equipment.
  • Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with material handling, palletizing, and inventory movement.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
