Key Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of project underwriting, financial modeling, entitlement processes, and construction management.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating numerous stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience delivering large-scale developments that incorporate multiple asset types—including residential, office, retail, entertainment, or lifestyle-oriented projects—are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Bring

  • Executive-level leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple high-profile developments simultaneously.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and ownership groups.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
