Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing operation looking for multiple 2nd Shift CNC Machine Operators/Machinists.

Are you a CNC machine operator looking for the opportunity with a great company? We are willing to consider CNC operators with strong mechanical aptitude who can demonstrate blueprint reading, measurement skills, and the ability to pass a machining assessment.

Unlike many shops, new team members receive structured training and often begin in the Assembly area to learn the products before transitioning into machining. This creates a strong foundation for long-term success.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $26.00–$29.00/hour based on experience
• $1.50/hour Shift Differential
• $1.00/hour raises every 6 months
• Quarterly Performance Bonus up to $750
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
• Double Time on Sundays & Holidays

What You'll Do

• Operate and learn CNC lathes and turning centers (primarily Mazak and Okuma)
• Read blueprints and work to close tolerances
• Use micrometers, calipers and precision measuring equipment
• Perform machine setups and quality inspections
• Learn multiple departments and machining cells

What We're Looking For

• CNC machine operator or machining experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Blueprint reading experience
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools
• Stable work history
• Willingness to learn and grow
