Position Type: Full-Time amp; Part-Time

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience. Full-time employees are offered medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Position Overview: As a Store Clerk at Holiday TC Market, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers have an outstanding experience. Your primary responsibilities will include ringing up customer purchases, stocking and maintaining inventory, cleaning the facility, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a quality customer experience by interacting with customers, answering questions, assisting with product location, and facilitating purchases.
• Maintain inventory throughout the store, including restocking shelves and managing products such as alcohol, tobacco, and lottery tickets.
• Uphold cleanliness standards both inside and outside the store, including regular cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in-store processes and personal development goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic technical skills including desktop usage, document printing, email maintenance, and point-of-sale systems.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items up to 25 pounds, and perform cleaning and restocking tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to work independently with reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Interest in advancement opportunities within Holiday TC Market
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
