What You’ll Do
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will help solve complex, high‑priority business problems and shape long‑term strategic direction. Your work will include:
- Strategic Analysis — Synthesizing data from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations.
- Project Leadership — Driving execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
- Cross‑Functional Problem Solving — Researching and analyzing evolving business challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
- Special Projects such as evaluating new office locations, contributing to AI and technology strategy, and supporting multi‑year strategic planning efforts.
This is a dynamic role where priorities evolve, requiring intellectual agility, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic discipline.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a comparable analytical field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Analytical Strength: Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and comfort working with data.
- Project Leadership: Experience managing cross‑functional projects or processes.
- Bonus Skills: Coding or financial modeling experience is helpful but not required.

Benefits
- Base Salary:
- $135,000–$175,000 for candidates with undergraduate or master’s degrees
- $150,000–$200,000 for candidates with JDs, MBAs, or PhDs
- Additional Compensation: Annual year‑end bonus (guaranteed in the first year)
