Job description

Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Aurora, Ohio.
2 Shifts Available:
1st shift - 7:00AM to 3:30PM
2nd shift - 3:30PM-12:00AM
Overview:
This role involves performing standard warehouse activities such as receiving, put-away, restocking, kit picking, and cycle counting to support manufacturing and assembly operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts
  • Pick parts/products or pack for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity
  • Fill kits and deliver to production as required
  • Quantify and verify cycle count
  • Work in decon area, unpacking, disinfecting, and dispositioning returned product
  • Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak in local language
  • Proficient in basic mathematics
  • Ability to communicate well and work with others
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 40 pounds
