We are seeking a skilled and reliable Framer/Carpenter with proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, perform framing work accurately, and work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

1. Construct and install wood framing for walls, floors, roofs, and other structures.
2. Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and specifications.
3. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
4. Inspect and ensure quality workmanship on all projects.
5. Maintain a clean and organized job site.
6. Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of framing/carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
