About the Role:
Join Tags Bakery Inc as a Bakery Production Helper and be part of a passionate team dedicated to crafting delicious baked goods. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and quality are at the forefront of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Prepare finished products for distribution and display.
  • Help ice, dip, and decorate cookies, donuts, etc for next day sales.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and Saturdays if necessary.
  • Able to work some overtime at holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
