Family owned and operated mom and pop bakery for over 85 years looking for a full-time baker.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role in a professional bakery.
  • Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, lamination, and baking techniques.
  • Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors and textures.
  • Ability to work early mornings.
  • A collaborative spirit and pride in delivering exceptional products.
What You'll Do

  • Mix, make, and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, fillings, icings, muffins and specialty items using traditional and modern techniques.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the bakery.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan daily production schedules and ensure consistent quality.
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in sourcing fresh, local products.
  • Work with a passionate, tight-knit team that values craftsmanship and creativity.
