Summary of Position: Rise with the sun, cook by the coast, and clock out before most people hit snooze. This summer, Taco Reho is taking the show on the road—bringing our SoCal-inspired breakfast to the beautiful Indian River Inlet at our sister location, Big Chill Beach Club. We’re looking for early-rising, high-energy crew members to join our Breakfast Food Truck Team, serving up breakfast burritos, tacos, and bold flavors just steps from the ocean. This role is built for the early bird—the kind of person who doesn’t mind getting after it in the morning because the reward is worth it. You’ll work fast-paced, high-energy breakfast shifts, wrap up early in the day, and have your afternoons wide open to enjoy the beach, the sunshine, and everything summer has to offer. Think: hopping off the truck and heading straight to the sand. Duties amp; Responsibilities:

• Work onboard our Taco Reho food truck stationed at Big Chill Beach Club (Indian River Inlet, Bethany Beach)
• Prep, cook, and serve breakfast items like burritos, tacos, and SoCal-inspired favorites
• Greet guests with genuine Taco Reho hospitality—yes, even before coffee kicks in
• Take orders, handle transactions, and serve food quickly and accurately
• Keep the truck stocked, organized, and running smoothly during morning rushes
• Help with daily prep and setup to ensure a strong start each day
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace following food safety standards
• Bring the vibe—music, energy, and personality are part of the experience
• Communicate with your team to keep service flowing and fun
• Represent Taco Reho and Big Chill with pride at one of the most scenic spots on the Delaware coast

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of kitchen or food service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work early morning shifts (including weekends)
• Hospitality-driven with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a small, fast-paced space
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to go early
• Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
