We’re looking for a motivated, people-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. If you're energized by human connection, love the outdoors, and are excited by the idea of selling design-driven solutions, not just products, we’d love to talk to you.

You MUST have sales experience to be considered.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• An Energetic Communicator – You thrive on personal interaction and know how to build rapport quickly.
• Tech-Savvy – You're comfortable using technology (apps, devices, software) as an integral part of your daily tasks.
• Reliable & Driven – You follow through. When you say you'll do something, you make it happen and deliver to your clients on time.
• Visually-Inclined – You have an eye for design or at least a curiosity about how things look and function in outdoor spaces. We are selling design solutions, not just products.
• Coachable & Self-Motivated – Experience isn’t required, but a willingness to learn and improve is essential.
  

This role is not for you if:

• You need constant supervision to stay on task
• You’re uncomfortable with technology or learning new tools
• You aren’t confident meeting clients in person or presenting solutions
• You're looking for a traditional 9-to-5 with a fixed routine

The position comes with a $50k-60k base salary determined at time of employment, coupled with the realistic opportunity to earn $50k+ in additional commission annually.
