Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar is seeing an experienced General Manager to lead our team at our newly opened Coeur d'Alene location.

Twigs is known for delivering a polished casual dining experience with fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. Our General Manager planys a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a strong team culture, and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.

We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Lead, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, and hospitality
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to support operational needs
  • Monitor and control sales performance, labor costs, and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
  • Address guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and community engagement
