TW Work Solutions is partnering with a confidential investment management client to identify an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance or accounting professional interested in financial analysis, bank loans, credit facilities, investment operations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist with managing and tracking bank loans, credit facilities, balances, interest payments, and repayment schedules

✔ Review loan agreements and monitor financial covenants, reporting requirements, and key deadlines

✔ Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements

✔ Support accounting activities, account reconciliations, journal-entry preparation, and financial reporting

✔ Assist with cash-flow analysis, borrowing needs, liquidity reporting, and lender-related requests

✔ Maintain accurate financial, loan, and investment data across multiple systems

✔ Prepare Excel schedules, management reports, and financial analyses

✔ Work with banks, lenders, accountants, and internal investment and operations teams

✔ Identify discrepancies and help improve financial reporting and operational processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in banking, credit analysis, commercial lending, accounting, audit, financial analysis, or investment operations

• Understanding of financial statements and fundamental accounting principles

• Interest in bank credit, loans, financial reporting, and investment operations

• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to learn financial systems and software platforms quickly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

📍 Houston, TX — Onsite

This position is ideal for an early-career candidate coming from commercial banking, credit analysis, lending, accounting, audit, financial reporting, or a finance rotational program who wants broader exposure to investments and financial operations.
