Description:
Our travel center located in Truck World Mall in Hubbard, OH is currently looking for a Shower Attendant to join our team. The individual who fills this role will have the opportunity to help Truck World provide excellent customer service to the public.
Position Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in shower facilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Available to work week day, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts as needed.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
- Clean and sanitize shower facilities regularly
- Restock supplies as needed
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Light janitorial duties
