Job description

Water Damage Restoration Technician


We are looking for an experienced Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in water damage restoration is required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to perform initial job inspections.
  • Understand how to create a scope of work.
  • Knowledge of water mitigation procedures and drying techniques.
  • Experience setting up and monitoring equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other restoration equipment.
  • Ability to take moisture readings and document job progress.
  • Must be reliable, organized, and able to communicate professionally with customers.


Job duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Initial inspection of water damage losses.
  • Developing drying plans and scopes of work.
  • Extracting water and performing mitigation services.
  • Setting up, monitoring, and removing drying equipment.
  • Recording moisture readings and job documentation.
  • Demolition of damaged materials when required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Driving to job sites as needed.
