As a Life Insurance Agent, you will engage directly with individual clients to assess their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Operating within both large and small team environments, you will report either to an agency owner or act independently as a self-employed agent. This role involves frequent local and occasional regional travel and offers a commission-based compensation structure, emphasizing performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify appropriate policy options
• Consult with clients to educate and recommend insurance products
• Generate and follow up on leads to build and maintain client base
• Increase distribution channels to generate more leads
