Program Details & Summary: TSG Federal is seeking both Senior and Mid-level Litigation Paralegals to join our team in support of a high-profile Law Enforcement partner in Washington DC. Minimum LCAT Requirements - Education/Certifications: Paralegal Certificate or AA in Paralegal Studies Years of Experience: 2+ Clearance: Secret with ability to upgrade to TS Day to day responsibilities: Perform legal research and writing. * Draft legal memoranda and correspondence.

Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including aiding with discovery requests and responses; reviewing documents for relevance and privilege; drafting motions and briefs; organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices; and assisting at trial. Consistently demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and manage complex relationships with all stakeholders. * Consistently deliver highest quality work under pressure.
