Job Description

Advanced Periodontal Therapy: Perform scaling and root planing with precision.
Laser Therapy: Utilize dental laser certification for soft tissue management and adjunctive hygiene procedures.
Patient Education: Act as a primary educator for patients, helping them understand the link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Team Synergy: Work as a proactive team member to maintain an efficient workflow and an enjoyable office atmosphere

Salary Range

Part-time $40 - $60 per hour

Requirements

Licensure: Valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred (Mid-level).
Certifications: Must be certified and confident in Dental Laser Therapy.
Mindset: Professional communication skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and a patient-centered approach to care.
