At East Troy Manor, we are seeking to hire a compassionate and attentive Activity Aide to join our team and enrich the lives of our residents through one-on-one and group engaging interaction and supportive presence.

We Are Looking for Part-Time (Every Other weekend and rotating Holidays)
Qualifications:
Passionate about helping others
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in providing companionship
Ability to engage residents with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Reliable, respectful and capable of maintaining confidentiality
A desire to help others
Work different shifts
Responsibilities:
Engage in conversations with residents, listening attentively and responding with empathy
Provide emotional support and companionship, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
Observe and report any changes in resident's mood or behavior to the appropriate staff members.
Foster a positive and uplifting environment through your interactions with residents and staff.
