  • Capture compelling patient stories, craft engaging content, and support TPIRC's social media channels and digital communications to showcase real-world impact.

  • Assist with planning, logistics, and on-site host management for annual fundraising galas, third-party events, and volunteer appreciation initiatives.

  • Maintain donor and volunteer CRM records (e.g., Raiser's Edge), ensuring accurate data entry, gift processing, and campaign tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, fundraising, customer success, marketing, or community engagement.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, socially active, and persuasive presence.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate group conversations and engage diverse audiences effortlessly.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM systems (or eagerness to learn).
