Job description


Safety-Kleen in Rancho Dominguez, CA is seeking a Warehouse worker to complete all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. The Lead is responsible for all shipments and receipts moving in and out of warehouse. They will accurately choose branch product orders to supply sales force. Operates material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintains a clean and organized workplace. Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Organize all saleable inventory within warehouse, Operates heavy material handling equipment
  • Pick product orders
  • Physically deal with shipments and receipts, accountable for accuracy
  • Housekeeping responsibilities, clean organized work area
  • Participate in and accountable for mandated physical inventories

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation to travel between sites.
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision.
  • Experience handling liquid products in totes.
  • Experience pumping petroleum products from tote to tote.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform required physical functions.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical (as required by the position).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Transportation Management System (TMS) experience.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Previous relevant industrial, environmental, or logistics experience.
  • Experience with waste labels, manifests, and load sheets.
