Join our newly opening state of the art prosthodontics clinic in Georgetown, Tx.  as a Lead Dental Assistant. At Top Star Prosthodontics, we're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team and positively impact our patients' oral health. Responsibilities:
Assist our top-tier prosthodontist ,who has a great bedside manner, in providing exceptional patient care
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately.

Qualifications:
3+ years of Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
At least 1 year of Lead DA experience
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
Taking quality, diagnostic Digital X-rays
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus but will provide training for the right candidate. We are a Chartless office, digital x-ray office.

Requirements:

Texas: CPR Certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners.
