** Job Title:** Data Entry Associate

** Employment Type:** Seasonal (with potential for annual return)

** Schedule:**

· Primary Season: Mid-January through April 15

· TWO positions are available

** EITHER** :

_ o_ ** Mon-Wed:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday availability is required)

OR :

_ o_ ** **Tue, Thu & Fri: 9 ****AM – 4:00 PM; Sat : 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

· Additional training will be scheduled later this year and/or in early January

· Off-Season: Occasional on-call availability to fill in for vacations, sick days, or special projects

** Please note:** This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.

** Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to support our office during the busy income tax season. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing, verifying, and processing client tax documents using professional tax software. This role is seasonal, with the intention of returning each year, and offers a consistent, structured schedule with some flexibility.

** Key Responsibilities:**

· Accurately enter and verify data within tax preparation software

· Print and assemble related tax forms and documents

· Submit and confirm completion of tax filings using designated systems

· Archive documents electronically

· Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to data integrity

** Qualifications & Skills:**

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

· Excellent computer and Windows OS skills

· Experience with Drake Tax Software is a plus (training provided if needed)

· Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured procedures

· Strong team skills
