Thrive In Dignity is actively seeking a Caregiver/DSP with experience in supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in the Elizabethton area. We are non-medical, providing in-home care and excel in supporting individuals with dignity and respect.
As a direct support staff, you will be assisting adults with disabilities with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). 
Those activities may include but are not limited to:
  • Bathing and other personal hygiene tasks
  • Dressing
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal prepping/grocery shopping
  • Laundry
  • Medication reminders
  • Fall prevention
  • Companionship
  • Errands
Requirements:
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience in care-giving is preferred, not required
  • Experience working with IDD required
