A. Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP):

Provides speech and language assessments and gives developmental goals, and recommendations for service.

B. Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Agency Role: Provides speech and language assessments, develops individualized communication goals, and recommends services for children with speech and language delays.

Reports To: Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

· Valid California SLP license.

· Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).

· Experience in early intervention preferred.

· DOJ clearance and background check.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Conduct speech and language assessments to determine delays.

· Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals.

· Provide direct therapy services in natural environments (home/community settings).

· Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.

· Educate caregivers on speech and language development strategies.

· Document progress and submit reports to the Service Coordinator and program director.
