Requirements:
- Certification as a Surgical Technician
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure aseptic technique in the operating room.
- Set up the required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned surgical cases.
- Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures.
- Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the end of procedures.
- Prepare the operating room and necessary supplies for the day and following day's schedule.
- Be available for call on an assigned, scheduled basis as required by unit needs.
Compliance / Notes:
- Any color scrubs are acceptable.
