Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Oklahoma)

: $36k - $50k+ Total Expected (W-2 and 1099 options available)

THE OPPORTUNITY THM Insurance is a Top 5 California Agency. We have more high-intent leads than we can handle, and we are looking for hungry Oklahoma-based producers to close them. You stay in OK; we provide the CA volume.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH

1. The Professional (W-2):

• Base Salary + 3% Commission + Monthly Performance Bonuses with basic fomular $10.00/hour + 3% of the montly sold amount. 100% pass-through commision for life insurance transaction. More detail will be provide over the phone
• Stable income with all hardware provided.

2. The Entrepreneur (1099):

• 100% Regular Commission Pass-Through: THM pays you the full regular commission earned from the carrier for every policy you write.
• Note: "Regular commission" refers to the standard base policy percentages and does not include agency-level incentives or additional awards for outstanding performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Oklahoma P&C AND Life Licenses (Required).
• Proven track record of high-volume phone sales.
• High-speed internet and a quiet home office.
• Ability to cross-sell Life products to protect the "Total Household."

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

• Farmers Insurance Experience: Familiarity with APEX or Dash is a major plus.
• Referrals Welcome: If you know a licensed "Rockstar" in OK, refer them to us.
