Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, fabricate, or process manufactured components according to specifications
• Monitor product quality and perform routine inspections throughout the production process
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards
• Meet daily production targets and report any issues or delays to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
