Job description

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally at the counter

  • Receive garments for cleaning, inspect items, and note special instructions or stains

  • Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system

  • Tag and track garments to ensure proper identification

  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions

  • Release finished garments to customers upon pickup

  • Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times

  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized front counter and lobby area

JOB DESCRIPTION
