Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Team Member to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families at our indoor playground. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a positive experience for all visitors.

General Accountabilities

Check-In and Registration: Welcome and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring all

necessary waivers and information are completed accurately.

Supervise Play Areas: Ensure the safety of children in all play zones, monitoring activities and enforcing safety rules.

Engage with Children: Facilitate and encourage play, interaction, and participation in activities.

Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and sanitize play equipment and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns in a friendly manner.

Event Support: Assist in organizing and overseeing birthday parties and special events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.

Safety Checks: Conduct routine inspections of play equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow staff to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Job Qualifications

Experience working with children in childcare, education, or recreational settings preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage with children of various ages and backgrounds

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Must be able to lift and move play equipment as needed

Must be at least 18 years old and able to work independently

High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment

Active indoor environment with various play areas.

Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
