Job description
We're seeking an experienced brewing professional with leadership skills and a deep interest in Korean tea and fermentation traditions.
Key responsibilities
The Head Tea Brewer oversees daily brewing quality across the tea and makgeolli program, trains and mentors the brewing team, and helps curate seasonal offerings and pairings. This role also supports inventory management and sourcing relationships tied to the beverage program.
Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant brewing or bar experience
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong palate and attention to detail
- Current DOH card
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multi-lingual is a plus
