Shape the future of healthcare as an Occupational Health Physician with TELUS in Thompson, Manitoba. Focus on health assessments and workplace injury management in a collaborative environment.
This contractor role is for a critical thinker who excels in patient care and communication. You will conduct medical examinations, manage injuries, and provide preventive care. Your contributions will help transform occupational health and improve employee safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead employee health assessments and screenings
• Diagnose and treat occupational injuries and illnesses
• Provide non-work-related injury management
• Oversee health monitoring and surveillance outcomes
• Document all medical encounters accurately
Requirements:
• Current eligibility as a Physician with Manitoba's regulatory body
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in physical assessments
• Background in Occupational Health is advantageous
• Capacity to work with various stakeholders
Contribute to a supportive team environment at TELUS and enhance health outcomes in Thompson.
