What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate our front-of-house team
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• Ensure outstanding guest service every shift
• Manage shifts and daily operations
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization
• Help drive sales while controlling costs
• Jump in wherever needed and lead by example

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
• Experience with scheduling and restaurant operations is a plus
