Location: The Colony, TX (Onsite)

What You'll Do
✔ Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics solutions
✔ Build integrations with third-party applications and APIs
✔ Develop custom workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards
✔ Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams
✔ Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
✔ (Developer III) Lead enterprise initiatives, mentor developers, and contribute to solution architecture
Required Skills
✅ 3+ years (Developer II) or 6+ years (Developer III) of Microsoft Dynamics development experience
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics architecture and customization
✅ C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server
✅ Power Platform & Power BI
✅ REST APIs & Integrations
✅ Azure technologies
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Finance & Operations
• Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Dynamics or Azure Certifications
• ERP implementation experience
• Multi-site or multi-state operations experience
• Background in Manufacturing, Construction, Distribution, or Services
