Salary:

Position Overview:

The Sales Associateis responsible forsupporting local business growth by building andmaintainingprofessional relationships within a specific, local territory. This role focuses on being the "face of the brand" in the community, engaging daily with local partners such as insurance agents and dealerships to ensure our servicesremaintop-of-mind.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Local Engagement:Conduct daily in-person visits to local insurance agents, dealerships, and fleet offices tomaintaina consistent brand presence.
  • Relationship Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for local partners, ensuring they have the marketing materials and information needed to refer clients to our services.
  • Lead Generation:Identifyand introduce yourself to new potential referral sources within the assigned local area through professional outreach and networking.
  • Service Presentation:Clearly explain our services to partners using established company messaging and materials.
  • Account Maintenance:Perform routine follow-ups with existing partners to assess their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Goal Alignment:Work toward hitting weekly activity targets and monthly referral goals to support the local shop's success.
  • Collaboration:Communicate regularly with shop operations and leadership to ensure a seamless handoff for referred customers.
  • Market Feedback:Share observations from the fieldregardinglocal competitors or partner needs with the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, territory sales, or relationship-based sales required.
  • Experience in automotive services, collision repair, insurance, or related industriesis stronglypreferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize activities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintainprofessional business relationships.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak confidently to new people.
  • Ability to manage a daily schedule of local visits and keep basic records of activities.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation for daily local travel within the assignedarea.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


This position is part time, 2 days per week.
