Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Shipping & Receiving Associate position in Everett WA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Shipping & Receiving Associate, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Inspect received materials for correct part numbers, quantities, and damage
Enter and track inventory data using ERP systems (e.g., AX/MRP)
Label, tag, and organize materials for proper storage and identification
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock control (FIFO)
Pick, pack, and deliver materials to production areas as required
Support material flow through replenishment systems and warehouse organization
Perform shipping tasks including packaging, labeling, and scheduling carrier pickups (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Ensure compliance with shipping, safety, and export control regulations
Monitor and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues
Use RF scanners and computer systems to manage inventory and logistics records
Assist with documentation, filing, and recordkeeping activities
Requirements:
Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
Ability to use tools like RF scanners and data entry systems
Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
