Role- AV Solutions Architect / Design Lead

Location-  Boston, MA

Required: 8-10+ years


Job Description -
Data Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting data solutions using Python, Java, and SQL. Skilled in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), database management, query optimization, and data quality validation. Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver reliable data solutions that support business and analytics needs.
Role Summary:
Defines global AV architecture, standards, and design frameworks across conference rooms,

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop AV design standards and reference architectures
Lead solution design for complex environments (boardrooms, studios, auditoriums)
Define AVaaS standardization strategy and OEM ecosystem
Ensure integration with collaboration, streaming, and workplace platforms
Provide technical oversight during implementation and lifecycle upgrades
Key Skills:
AV system design (audio, video, control, networking, LED Planar video walls)
Collaboration ecosystems (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, streaming platforms)
Standardization and scalability frameworks
AV lifecycle planning
Digital signage architecture (Appspace, BrightSign)
Workplace integration (Eptura Engage)
Certifications (Preferred):
AVIXA CTS-D (Design)
Relevant OEM certifications (Crestron, QSC, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor’s in Electronics / Telecommunications / IT
