Job Overview 

• We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to support global Supply Chain Planning initiatives for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. 

• The consultant will work on SAP IBP Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response & Supply, along with integration to SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. 

• The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration, supply chain planning processes, integrations, master data, testing, and business stakeholder management. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and configure SAP IBP solutions for Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response & Supply. 

• Work with Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Master Data Types, Planning Operators, Planning Views, and Time Profiles. 

• Configure demand forecasting, supply planning, safety stock, inventory optimization, and scenario/what-if planning. 

• Support constrained and unconstrained supply planning, capacity planning, material availability, sourcing, and lead-time management. 

• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, data platforms, and other enterprise systems. 

• Work with Supply Chain master data including Material, Product, Location, Supplier, Customer, BOM, Production Versions, Routings, and Lead Times. 

• Support S/4HANA MRP, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Planned Orders, and Purchase Orders. 

• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing. 

• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, master data, and planning issues. 

• Create functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios. 

• Work closely with Supply Chain planners, business SMEs, architects, integration teams, and technical teams. 

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support global Supply Chain transformation initiatives. 

Required Skills 

• 8–12+ years of SAP / Supply Chain experience. 

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience preferred. 

• Strong experience in: 

  • SAP IBP Demand Planning 

  • SAP IBP Supply Planning 

  • Inventory Planning 

  • S&OP 

  • Response & Supply 

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning and MRP. 

• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration. 

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain master data and planning processes. 

• Experience with SAP IBP integrations and data flows. 

• Strong testing and troubleshooting experience. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. 

Preferred Skills 

• SAP IBP certification. 

• SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain experience. 

• Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences. 

• Experience with GxP / SOX-controlled environments. 

• Knowledge of SAP MDG and ATP/aATP. 

• Experience with large-scale SAP IBP implementations, migrations, or global rollouts. 

• Exposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics for Supply Chain Planning.
