The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership. You don't wait for someone else to solve a problemyou see it, take initiative, coordinate the right people, and follow it through to resolution.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Client Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and help ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
  • Manage Client Outreach: Track and coordinate client communications, follow-ups, check-ins, and other outreach to ensure commitments are fulfilled and important conversations never get missed.
  • Prevent Clients From Falling Through the Cracks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and proactively identify clients who need attention, follow-up, or additional support.
  • Resolve Client Issues: Listen carefully to client concerns, determine the appropriate course of action, coordinate internally when necessary, and drive issues through to resolution.
  • Follow Through Relentlessly: Don't simply pass an issue along. Take ownership of the outcome and make sure the client receives a timely response and that the matter is actually resolved.
  • Coordinate Across the Organization: Work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs, escalate concerns, clarify responsibilities, and ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Monitor Client Satisfaction: Identify recurring concerns, communication gaps, and opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Keep client outreach, conversations, issues, resolutions, and follow-up commitments organized and up to date.
  • Create Accountability: Help establish systems and processes that make it easy to see what has been done, what still needs to happen, and who is responsible for the next step.
  • Proactively Communicate: Reach out to clients before they have to ask for an update whenever possible.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Look beyond individual issues to recognize patterns and recommend changes that can improve client retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent Our Organization: Build trust with clients through professionalism, empathy, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to solving problems.

  • A proactive mindsetyou look for problems before they become emergencies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Confidence communicating with clients and internal team members
  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented when handling difficult situations

  • The ability to take ownership without needing constant direction
  • Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, task-management tools, or other systems for tracking outreach and follow-up

We value people who take initiative, solve problems, hold themselves to a high standard, and continually look for ways to make things better. If you're motivated by responsibility, enjoy working with people, and want a role where your ability to make things happen is recognized and valued, we'd love to hear from you.
