The ecosystem combines AI-powered tools, and SaaS solutions designed to help small and medium businesses grow their visibility and revenue.
We are seeking high-performing Account Executives to drive subscription and SaaS sales for local businesses in the Tampa Bay metro area. This role plays a key part in expanding our footprint and strengthening our recurring revenue model.
Key Focus Areas
- Marketing subscription-based search result placements
- Promoting SaaS tools for customer management, billing, and SMB automation
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to local businesses via outbound calls.
- Educate business owners on the value of Tampa Bay Tide’s digital solutions.
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Increase customer lifetime value through renewals and upselling.
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking and reporting.
- Contribute market intelligence and business feedback to the team.

Initial Training Period (duration dependent on performance)
- Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Compensation: Initial fixed monthly compensation
- Sales commission: 50% of the initial monthly billing
Account Executive

- Sales commission: 30% of the initial monthly billing and 10% of all trailing revenue.

Requirements:
- A driven and results-oriented professional who excels at building strong business relationships.
- Experience in media, print advertising, or SaaS sales is essential.
- A confident, articulate communicator who can quickly establish rapport with local business owners.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-focused, and committed to developing stable, recurring income.
- Well-versed in the Tampa Bay market and genuinely passionate about supporting the growth of local businesses.
- Existing connections from previous roles in magazines, radio, Yellow Pages or SaaS platforms are a strong advantage.
