Lovely Voicemails is an e-commerce brand for wedding and event products. We're looking for an order fulfillment associate who is detail-oriented and interested in the wedding/event industry to join our team and fulfil orders from start to finish. Students are welcome to apply.

Location: In person on Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia, 22304

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: 2-3 times a week for 15-20 hours/week (depending on demand), flexible daytime schedule. You can decide when to come in and work between the hours of 8am - 11pm. We only require you to come at least 2 days per week and be able to meet order shipment deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment (careful handling of electronics)
• Organize inventory and help keep the warehouse space tidy and efficient
• Prep and label orders.
• Occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs)
• Flexible shifts — you can come pack orders anytime, as long as they meet the shipment deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Available to work onsite at least 2 times per week.
• A high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with basic organization and occasional physical work. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• No ecommerce experience required — we'll train you on our process, including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• A personal laptop is required.

Work Environment:

You will be working in a private, air-conditioned warehouse/office room, with free coffee and soda water available. You can decide when to come in and work between the hours of 8am - 11pm. We only require you to come at least 2 days per week and be able to meet order shipment deadlines. You will need to bring a personal laptop to print shipping labels.
