Job description

SWUNNE is a growing digital marketing company seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support daily operations, team management, reporting, and client communication.

This is a remote part-time position ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments, communicates professionally, and can help keep projects, reporting, and team members on track.

As the company grows, this role also has the opportunity to evolve into client relations and higher-level operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily operations and organization
• Coordinate remote team communication and follow-ups
• Help screen applicants and support hiring coordination
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets, notes, and operational tracking
• Monitor task completion and help ensure accountability across the team
• Support onboarding and workflow organization
• Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
• Eventually support client communication and relationship management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet experience required
• Comfortable creating reports and tracking operational data
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and home office setup
