Swift Safety Institute is currently expanding and looking for motivated CPR Instructors across the state to join our growing instructor network!

• Organized and responsive
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Passionate about helping keep workplaces and communities safer

Instructor Certifications Accepted

We welcome instructors certified through:

• American Red Cross
• American Heart Association (AHA)
• ASHI

(Current instructor certifications are required.)

Important Requirements

To teach with Swift, instructors must:

• Own their own teaching equipment and supplies
• Have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable teaching in workplace and community environments
• Pass a background check
• Deliver excellent customer and classroom experiences

Minimum Equipment Requirements

Instructors must have:

• 6 Adult Manikins
• 6 Infant Manikins
• 6 AED Trainers
• Classroom/training supplies needed to teach independently

Position Details

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position offering:

• Flexible scheduling
• As-needed class assignments
• Opportunities for consistent work based on availability and coverage needs
• Competitive flat-rate pay per contract/class
