Job Title: E-commerce Shipping & Photography Assistant (eBay / Whatnot)

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing online reseller hosting high-volume live sales on Whatnot and managing an active eBay store. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic Assistant to join our office team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring every item is photographed beautifully for eBay and every order from our live shows is packed quickly and accurately.

No advanced photography experience is required, but you must be comfortable using smartphones, basic technology, and navigating shipping apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Photography: Take clear, accurate, and well-lit photos of inventory using a smartphone or digital camera for eBay listings.
• Order Fulfillment: Safely package, label, and ship a high volume of orders generated from live Whatnot auctions and eBay sales.
• Inventory Handling: Organize, sort, and track incoming and outgoing merchandise in the office.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for flaws or specific details during the photography process to ensure accurate descriptions.
• Speed & Accuracy: Maintain a fast pace to meet daily shipping deadlines while ensuring the correct customer gets the correct items.

Qualifications & Skills

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating marketplace apps (eBay, Whatnot) and shipping platforms (Pirate Ship, ShipStation, or similar).
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to match small, unique items to specific customer invoices without making mistakes.
• Punctual & Reliable: Ready to work a consistent Monday through Friday, 9-5 schedule.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, pack boxes efficiently
